 Progress has been made in reducing power consumption in OLED display industry using oxide semiconductor TFT technologies. The OLED installed in Xiaomi 13 Ultra is made by CSOT (TCL China Star Optoelectronics Technology) uses oxide semiconductor TFT. This is the first Chinese OLED using oxide semiconductor TFT which LTEC has analyzed.

In this panel the oxide semiconductor TFT is top-gate type and is formed above the poly-Si TFT.
