Overview
LEXUS has added a fully electric battery EV (BEV) model to its product lineup. SiC MOSFET (DENSO) is used in the inverter module for model RZ450e.This is the first inverter using SiC MOSFET in Toyota vehicles. This is detail circuit analysis report of SiC drive circuit.
