Overview
LEXUS has added a fully electric battery EV (BEV) model to its product lineup. Denso SiC MOSFETs are used for inverter unit. This is the first Toyota vehicle using SiC MOSFET LTEC has analyzed so far.
This is a cost analysis report of the inverter unit.
