Overview

Honda ZR-V is a cross-over SUV released in April 2011.

This is the first SUV model with a 2.0 L direct injection engine and a 2 motor built-in electric CVT ‘Sport e:HEV’. The on-boarded compressor is manufactured by DENSO (ESH27C).

This report is detail  circuit analysis report for the control PCB of the compressor.

Product characteristics

• LiB total voltage estimated to be 260 V. 500V voltage film capacitors are used.
• The power device: On Semiconductor with a built-in Gate Driver and IGBT (650V).

     And 3-Phase Intelligent Power Module (IPM) is used

• IPM is driven by ASICs made by TOYOTA INDUSTRIES CORPORATION.
