Sansha Electric Manufacturing has been offering SiC MOSFET module products of 100A and 150A. In April 2022, they added a 50A discrete product to their lineup. These modules find applications in industrial inverters, EV (Electric Vehicle) chargers, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), and various switching power supplies.
